Diavola pizza - pomodoro, soppressata picante, calabrian chili honey, basil 4.5/5 Review - pizza was delicious, I like spicy/sweet so thought the flavors were well balanced and pizza had a good hold to it, wasn't too floppy Chittara cacio e pepe - pecorino romano, black pepper 3/5 Review - unfortunately was not the best pasta I've had, nothing impressive but edible Alla Vodka - lumache, spicy and smooth as silk, crispy garlic 4/5 Review - pasta was impressive, love a good vodka pasta, would recommend this

Celebrating my birthday a day after Christmas, we ventured to Etta Italian in Culver City for an unforgettable experience before they bid adieu to this location and move to Beverly Hills in the new year. With our kids in tow, we savored every bite of their last culinary masterpiece at this spot. We dived into a delightful spread - pizza, hummus, pork jowls, alla vodka rigatoni, branzino whole fish, and hanger steaks. The alla vodka rigatoni stole the show with its flavorful sauce and perfect al dente pasta - hands down the best I've ever tasted. The whole dried aged branzino, served with butter, was a divine experience for the taste buds. The pork jowls offered a fantastic burst of taste and flavor that left us wanting more. Kudos to Kelly, our server, who showered us with impeccable attention to detail and prompt service throughout our celebration. The ambience, nestled within the Hyatt Hotel, was simply amazing, radiating great vibes that added to the overall experience. Parking was a breeze as we shared the parking garage with the metro, making it convenient for families. Farewell to Etta Italian in Culver City! As they gear up for a new chapter in Beverly Hills, their delectable cuisine, outstanding service, and memorable atmosphere will be sorely missed in this neighborhood. Cheers to new beginnings!

It is rather unfortunate to think this review is likely meaningless since Etta is closing. Luckily it is being quickly taken over by another company and flipped into a new Italian restaurant with the same staff, so hopefully what I write here holds true, but I will keep my review a bit more terse given the circumstances. Etta is great. Situated at the base of a hotel, the restaurant boasts family style cooking in an inviting atmosphere. My party of six tried a bit of everything from mix drinks, to non-alcoholic cocktails, to meat and fish, to pizza and pasta, and even dessert. Nearly everything was tasty, well seasoned, and delicious and felt elevated in some way. Service was great, and dishes came out quickly. All in, Etta was a hit and I'm sad to see it go. Go there if you still can! Ambiance: 4.5/5 Service: 5/5 Drinks: 4.5/5 Food: 4.5/5 Value: 4.5/5 Consistency: N/A

Had a lil brunch with one of my faves here and the patio is so cute y'all! The weather was perfect for being outside. There's a little bit of street noise that you can hear but otherwise I recommend sitting out there if you can. Our waitress was nice enough to wait the 15/20 minutes it took for my friend to get there and came by to check on me anyway in the meantime, very appreciated! Ok now the food. We ordered a few plates to split: French toast, the egg scramble, and the potatoes. The French toast was by far my favorite dish! Highly recommend!
